Our bespoke training programmes are designed to instil our core values of collaboration and co-operation into all of our colleagues from the outset of their time working with AVRS.

As a company AVRS have committed significant resources to training people both as apprentices, trainees, mature trainees and graduates in the various business specific roles within the company, This is evidenced by the fact that in 2017 10% of our staff are either trainees or apprentices of which 50% are working towards degrees, a fact that Senior management at  AVRS are extremely proud of; furthermore, AVRS have upskilled our existing staff where applicable to meet the challenges of the construction industry of today.
